We may have a few more weeks until it turns chilly over here and I can finally pull that giant blanket scarf I bought out of the closet, but here we are, we've made it, to the unofficial end to summer. I am so ready for this long weekend. The last of summer meant a breezy bike ride to Ocean Beach just in time for sunset, the light in our hair and sand in our shoes. We are so lucky to live in this place - tall buildings on one side, the beach on the other, our neighborhood sandwiched in between. Our night ended with giant bowls of ramen and a foggy night ride, a mini parade of our flickering bike lights, home.
