Description

Led visual design across multiple channels as Senior Brand Designer at Brandless, an e-commerce brand committed to selling better-for-you products for fewer dollars. Visual design included brand strategy, marketing collateral (lookbooks, catalogs, email design, social ads, web assets), product (merchandise) design and strategy, web design, packaging, and art direction of photo assets. 

With a mission rooted in quality, transparency, and community-driven values, the spirit of the brand was captured through clear visuals highlighting “just what matters,” bold colors and statements, and perfectly imperfect photography, resulting in an approachable, people-focused brand story.

Brand Strategy, Print Digital

Press & Media Package

Designed a cohesive, elevated packaging system from concept to production for press and media. The package system was used to build brand awareness, announce product launches, and for social media gifting. The design included a branded shipper box, stickers, custom designed tissue paper, an interactive poster, flexible product card that could be customized with a variety of products, and product tags to educate about Brandless’ values.

Select Product (Merchandise) Design

Designed artwork for a variety of Brandless merchandise for the Baby, Pet, Stationery, and Beauty categories in collaboration with the Merchandising team, including diaper illustrations for six sizes, packaging color strategy for Baby & Pet products, and a flexible design system for introducing an assortment within one specific product (example: diaper sizes and dog-specific treats).

Evolving the Brandless Brand

As Brandless expanded into new categories and developed a marketplace featuring partner brands, designed for web and marketing campaigns in a way that strategically felt both cohesive with the Brandless aesthetic and pushed the brand forward.

Pop-Up with Purpose

Designed the “Brandless Life” logo and illustrations, space creative (backdrops and educational murals), signage, and print collateral that highlighted the brand’s mission, product assortment, and commitment to community. More information can be found here.
